ArtistManager

Make a week of lyric videos for TikTok and Instagram in one sitting, then post them to every account you run.

A Windows and Mac app for independent artists. Drop in a song and it finds the beat. Sync the lyrics, and it turns out lyric videos in a dozen styles, cut to the music, then posts them to several TikTok and Instagram accounts on a schedule.

What it does

  • Lyric videos in bulk: 12 styles (brat, edit, karaoke, big word, notes app, lo-fi/VHS, scrapbook, cinema, glitch and more). They come out vertical for TikTok and Reels, or as a full-song 16:9 video for YouTube. The batch generator makes a grid of variations; you star the good ones and they render in the background.
  • Timing: BPM, beats, downbeats and drum hits are found automatically. Lyrics sync word by word, either by tapping along or automatically.
  • Posting: caption templates, several accounts at once, and scheduling that retries temporary failures. You can also send a video to your phone over Wi-Fi with a QR code.
  • Release tools: a master check (loudness, true peak, and what Spotify, Apple Music and YouTube will do to your song), a cover art checker, promo graphics, a rollout calendar, Spotify Canvas, split sheets and a press kit.

How it’s built

There’s no generative AI. Beat detection is classic signal processing (spectral flux, autocorrelation and beat tracking), and the footage is real stock clips or your own. The two optional machine-learning parts only help with lyrics, and both run on your computer: vocal isolation with Demucs (ONNX Runtime, on the GPU through DirectML) and speech recognition with whisper.cpp.

Videos render to 1080×1920 H.264 on the GPU through WebCodecs, at about real time. The Mac version is built and tested automatically on GitHub Actions.

Everything runs locally: no subscription, no account, no watermark.

How this page is styled (Studio theme)
  • The colours are the app's own dark mode. A theme is just a set of CSS custom properties (--bg, --panel, --red…) on <body class="theme-artistmanager">, and every part of the site already reads them.
  • Section headings copy the app's sidebar group labels: small, capitals, red.
  • Hover the header picture for the "Edit" video style's RGB split. Two copies of the image sit on top as pseudo-elements, each cut down to one colour with background-blend-mode: multiply, screened over the original with mix-blend-mode: screen, then jolted sideways by a steps() animation.
  • The equalizer is five linear-gradient bars in one background. While you hover the header card, an animation changes their heights on a 120 BPM beat (half a second per beat).
